Executive Search Mandates

We work on the basis of search mandates.

 

We follow a project-oriented, target-focused approach until we have successfully filled the vacant position. Our total fee is pre-agreed and dependent on degree of difficulty and estimated total working effort.

 

Christian Huber & Co (CH) makes direct and systematic contact with potential candidates in the individual target segments. CH gives ongoing feedback to clients about interviews and project progress. CH introduces only qualified candidates who are willing to take the matter further, to the client. This is done both in writing and by means of a presentation (a personal interview with the candidate on the client’s premises). CH assesses and rates all candidates. The assignment is considered completed when the position is filled.
